MUST REPORT ACCIDENTS

Interstate Law Provides New Duty For Common Carriers
    Every common railway carrier will be required, after July 1, 1911, to report to the interstate commerce commission by telegram, any collision, derailment or other accident, resulting in the death of one or more persons.
