RAILROAD MEN PROJECT BIG REVIVAL MEETING

Committees Appointed to Make the Necessary Arrangements and Secure a Preacher

    The railroad men's christian [sic] union held a business session last Sunday evening at the First Baptist Church and decided to hold in the near future a revival service.  Isaac Wright, P. J. Hain and J. W. Lindsey were appointed a committee on time and place.  J. W. Simpson, J. W. Lindsey and Isaac Wright were appointed a committee to secure a preacher.  This is expected to be one of the greatest meetings ever held in Bluefield.  The prayer meetings will be held each Friday night at the Christian Church until further notice, and all christians [sic] who are interested in saving the lost are requested to attend and take part in these meetings, and the public generally is invited, especially non-church members.  T. B. Spencer will lead the Friday evening meeting.
