Another Mystery Sign

   Referring to the 1982 Pocahontas Div. track chart, Pocahontas  Tunnel #2 
is where traffic
   control started (or ended going toward Boissevain), so,  depending on 
the direction, my guess
   is it read "BEGIN TRAFFIC CONTROL" or '"END TRAFFIC  CONTROL".   Harry
