VGN Passing track west of Merrimac

Looking at the latest (2010) aerial photos available of the area via the
"Birds Eye" view functionality on Bing Maps ( http://www.bing.com/maps/ ),
there is no longer any spur track located between the Merrimac and New
River Tunnels.

The spur was shown on a 2003 track chart, but was gone by the 2008 track
chart, so it was removed sometime between 2003 and 2008.
