Charlestown station

I was just informed today that apparently NS has demolished the long
unused brick station at Charlestown either yesterday or today, the 8th
of August. It had probably not been used by the railroad since the
1970's or 1980's at any event. Now it is gone.

It almost lasted 100 years, starting out its life in 1914. The much
older and smaller depot sitting across the way should still be there.
