Roanoke construction

Hi Members,

 

                Thank you Ron Davis for the info on Roanoke's rail project.
Is JK tower just east of the freeway where the tracks split to go north and
to the shops?  Are there going to be any changes to the 2nd street bridge
itself?  Lastly, I guess the position light signals will be coming down west
of Jefferson St.?
