Roanoke Railcam crash reveals popularity

Perhaps you know the secret.  For months now I have been able to get the 
railcam image to appear but it is blank.  It has no picture and I have not 
been able to change any of my settings to change the situation.  I tried the 
link that was included in the newspaper article but got my usual site with 
my usual result - no action on the blank screen.

Do you have any suggestion(s) that might help me watch the train movements 
through downtown again?
