There are also about a dozen new signal heads (and masts, I think) lying just west of 10th Street at the old piggy-back ramp.

Ron,
Yes, that appears to be a new cantilever signal.  I'm not working on
that particular project, but from what I hear, just about everything
is changing.  I wouldn't be surprised if we loose those "new" N&W
signals that were put up about 5 or 6 years ago in the transition.
