Help Dating a N&W Boxcar

Jeff,

                Others will respond to type and class of these cars but are
used to store MofW material. For years they could be found at the station at
Grundy but with reconstruction that rebuilt area they were moved to
Richlands.

Can anyone provide additional information on the boxcar closest to the
photographer?  It was stored on the Big Creek Branch in Richlands, VA.
