EOT Initials on Builder's Plate

 I am enclosing some photos of my builder's plate from N&W 600.  The plate
is stamped on the edge - N&W 600  EOT.  Someone had told me who that was on
the N&W a while back.  I forgot to write it down.

Any help is most appreciated.
