Signal safari part 3

408 is equipped to display a “restricting” aspect as well as the normal aspects of the top head.

410 can display a “restricting” aspect plus “advance approach”, “approach diverging”, “diverging clear” and “diverging approach” depending on where the signal is located and the indications that can be displayed by the next signal.  Oh, and let’s not forget “clear”, “approach” and “stop and stay”.

My very rudimentary understanding of all position lights is that their design was meant to 'mimic' a semaphore, so my expectation here would be that all three lights should be on (and that the illumination of any one of them is the same as if all three were lighted.)

Clear
Approach
Stop
Restricting

    Signal 410 is able to display:
Clear
Approach
Stop
    Dependent on trackage beyond, it also has the ability to display:
Advance Approach
Approach Diverging
Diverging Approach
Diverging Clear
Restricting
