Much has changed on the "Park St." side of the yard. The old "Pull Up" yard, with the yard office at 16th St., was totally changed in the 1980s. A lot of tracks were removed, particularly on the west end of the Pull Up. The Forwarding Yard was extended laterally, that is, tracks FY10, 11, 12, & 13 were created from previous Pull Up tracks. Also, the EBRT & WBRT from Park St. to about 16th St. were turned into Forwarding Yard tracks FY9 & FY10.
I don't know off hand if I have a map of the pre '80s yard, but will try to find something, if no one else finds it first.

Would Link's "Roanoke Terminal Map" be similar to the trackage (from Park St
west) back in 1955 (pre-diesel and pre-VGN merger)? In what ways would it
differ? Does anyone have a detailed track map of Roanoke for 1955 or
earlier? Thank you.
