Articles on N&W, Tidewater-Deepwater Rys, 1907 Railway Gazette

I am attaching two PDFs of articles lifted from the the Railway Gazette,
vol. 42, Jan-June 1907.

The first PDF is a four part article titled: N&W Improvements.  It deals
with the recently constructed yards at Roanoke, Bluefield and Williamson,
concludes with a description of the processes by which the railroad kept
track of all the cars moving through these terminals.

And then, so that Mr. Wiley doesn't get rowdy, there is an article from the
same publication on a topic very near and dear to him.  It is a thirteen
page article on the Tidewater and Deepwater Railways, centering on
construction.
