NW Mustard pot on Ebay

When two people want an item to complete a collection, anything is possible.  I have seen this over the years.  Take a look at the Roanoke Shops Y-5 builder's plate that is already over $2700 on ebay.

It will be interesting to see what happens when some of the large collections hit the market.  I have already seen a drop in price on many items.
