Easy Confusion

Personally I think this is rivet counting and splitting hairs taken to the extreme. I posted 2 shots of this unit on RailPictures and had several people contact me saying that it was an MLW, not an Alco... ok. Technically correct. But I dont see people emailing over the thousands of Canadian EMD units for CP, CN, etc produced in Canada by Subsidary GMD Canada or whatever it was called. I personally wouldnt waste my time doing something like that.
