Autorack info

It appears to be one of the F51 cars.  They were numbered 400001 to 400026
and according to Jim Nichols book, Norfolk and Western Color Guide to
Freight and Passenger Equipment, they were one of the first enclosed auto
rack cars and were built by Whitehead & Kales in 1975.
