Looking through Radford Division ETT's from 1922 to 1984 (I have 23 Radford Division ETT's in my collection):

In Norfolk Southern ETTs' its the Pulaski District of the Virginia Division

In the 8 N&W Radford Division ETTs' I have from 1967 to 1984 it is referred to as the "Pulaski District" (also so designated on the overall Division map in the ETT)
In the 4 N&W Radford Division ETTs' I have from 1961 to 1965 in some places it is referred as the "Bristol Line" within the sections referring to rules and such.
In the 8 N&W Radford Division ETT's I have from 1942 to 1959 it is referred to as "Radford to Bristol"(or Bristol to Radford)....no Line or District references.
In the 3 N&W Radford Division ETT's I have from 1922 to 1935 it is referred to as "East Radford to Bristol" (or Bristol to East Radford)....no Line or District references.

With my Dad's family being from Wythe and Pulaski Counties with several eventually moving to Abingdon all my memories relate to the line being the "Bristol Line". I still tend to use that designation today.........often having to tell younger folks that I'm referring to the "Pulaski District".
