611 travel times

Nothing official but from news and VMT sources, 611 is scheduled to take-on
water here in Lynchburg around Noon. So that will put it through Danville
around  10-10:30. I hope this helps.
BTW department, I haven't seen any discussion, I wonder if 611 will be
towing an internal combustion back-up unit?
