Home Signal is one I can think of. Home signal to me does not define an 
actual control point, but a signal at which you will get a straight Stop 
indication. The signals we are talking about are Automatic Home Signals 
there are signals just like these at Elkhorn Tunnel governing movements 
into the tunnel.
