Yes, Wick Moorman stayed on board as Chairman.  I believe this rumor started because of Squires background with NS(Law Dept.).  The steam program was shut down in 1994 supposedly because the incoming President was from the Law dept. and didn't see the need or legal problems it could present.  I think this presumption is being made of Mr. Squires.
