Make sure you read the first qualifying  statement on the lead page at 
least twice.  There are many errors in the  figures presented, e.g., a PRR I1sa 
was not rated at 102,000 lbs TE.  It  should be somewhere closer to 96,000 
lbs IIRC.  This is just for  starters.
