Green Flags on Train 5

That No. 5 is displaying green signals is
that section(s) are following.  Remember,
a train is superior by right, class, and
direction.  This photo was made before TC
had been installed on the CV, so it's in
the time table and train order era.  The
Clinch Valley dispatcher apparently has found
a benefit in advancing a following movement
using No. 5's class to give it superiority,
e.g. a freight en route to Norton about to
expire on the Hours of Service Law.  Harry
