Ahh, now I get it. The train in the photo, with green flags, is the normal
scheduled #5. The flags indicate that a second section, running as 2nd #5
instead of an extra, is following with all the rights of the first section.
Said "second section" could be a light engine needed as a helper that has
to be expedited to keep things moving. Thanks.
