Virginia's Rail Heritage Region Rail Cam

Good afternoon,

 

I've been noticing that the Rail camera seems to go out for hours at a time
on a frequent basis.  I'm wondering if it's hooked up to a light switch that
someone is turning off or is there an electrical problem with it (or the
server)?   I apologize if this is old news and someone is addressing it
already. Thanks.
