Just want to pass this news along.  Bill Griffin former Director of Personnel and Labor Relations for the RF&P Railroad passed away on Tuesday afternoon from liver cancer in Jacksonville, FL.  Bill was a great historian about all things RF&P as well as NF&D Railroad, a great photographer, and Southern Gentleman as well as one of my best friends.  No word on funeral arrangements at this time.
