It is no secret, has been in the works for more than a few years.

There was a Roanoke Times story on it, as well as a WDBJ television story and I think a Trains Magazine newswire story.

It will be very complicated, costly and is not a short term project. I will not comment further, you can find the articles (and their inaccuracies) online.
