First Shipment of Coal on N&W - Source?

Mr. Stivili's recommendation of the "Shinbrier" website leads one to find there a photo of the Mill Creek mine tipple in 1885. Which raises a question. 

What mine was the source for that famous "first load of coal" on the N&W? In addition to the name, some GPS coordinates would be appreciated, so I can find it.
