Virginian Railway Electrification/Riding the N&W Steam Clips

Thank you all for the wonderful thoughts and ideas!  I got just the
confirmation I need.

And that would make sense that the area was electrified since the streetcar
barn is just next door.  And I understand at some point, there was a huge
electric plant by the car barn beside the Walnut St. bridge.

I'll post a picture of the finished painting when I finish it - later this
summer.
