Heading to ride 611! Need some trip info!

As one who has "commuted" between Snowshoe Mtn. Resort (just over the 
mountain from Cass) and Roanoke for more than 13 years and who has made 
frequent trips between Cass and Roanoke, I can second John Samples' 
directions from Cass to I64.
