Where?

Sunday evening I caught a w.b. at Wyndale with a grab shot through the
windshield. Did not get the train number but it was a very long string of
empty TTX flats. There have been many such trains moving through in recent
weeks. The question is where are all those unused flats winding up? One
location, or wherever there is a siding with capacity?
