Flood water in W Va.

The indications are that the storm cut a swath across the state from north of Huntington up to Wheeling and then east to the VA border.  CSX probably took the hardest hit, especially along the Ohio River and in Greenbriar, County with the New River line at White Sulpher Springs.  NS probably took the hardest hit in Fayette County on the old NYC lines around Rainelle.
