Suffolk Building

This building was the NF&D office building at 1821 South Main St in Suffolk.
There is a photo of it on page 39 of William E. Griffen Jr's book "The
Atlantic and Danville Railway Copany" (page number is for the second revised
edition) publishd by TLC.  The sign reads NF&D Ry in the photo; the remains
of which are barely visible in the closeup photo of the sign. Despite the
use by NF&D, the building is adjacent to the former N&W main line and was
not a former A&D/Suthern building.

Archives drawing HS-H00216 shows it labeled as 'Office "B" connected to the
N&W Freight Station (which also still exists per Google's Street View).
