Train order levers with rotating signs

Good afternoon, all:

Are there surviving examples of N&W train order levers which had rotating
"Orders - No Orders" signs?  The attached photo is said to be at or near
Columbus, Ohio.  Are there surviving plans for the mechanism to rotate the
signs or the framing to support the train order levers?
