Vicker Coaling Tower - Build Date

Periodically I am reminded by a posting like this what a valuable
treasure-trove of information we have *for free* in the form of this
message board.  Dozens if not hundreds of you share freely your memories,
knowledge and experience with the rest of us.  My thanks to everyone!
