caboose on bridge

Watching the slides on the homepage I saw a caboose on a white concrete bridge with supports outside the span.  The supports looked like they were square but angled like a diamond.  No abutments were visible.  I think the picture was attributed to Bob Bowers.  I want to know more about the bridge.  Where is it?  Any drawings?  Dimensions?  I tried searching concrete bridges and Bower but didn't see it again.Any information would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.Mike ShockleyN&W Guandotte
