Celco, loosely speaking,or at least the location of the scales and water
spray tower is on the eastern side (Virginian side) of the New River at
Narrows, VA. Technically speaking Celco is at the Celanese Plant located
on the Virginian side of the New River between Narrows and Pearisburg, VA.
Flat Top...or Yards, VA is located on the N&W between Falls Mill, VA
and Nemours, WV. It (Flat Top, VA) is shown as Yards on Google Maps. The
VA-WV line cuts across the railroad in the middle of the railroad yard.
