Yard and coal loaders near Keystone/Eckman

Can anyone explain the operations at Keystone/Eckman for me?  How is the yard used?  I assume they run unit trains from the flood loader on Dan's branch.  Where do the empties come from?  How is the loader at Keystone serviced?  If I can figure out how it all works this could be a very "modelgenic" location.
