Update: 2018 Convention

All,
  I have confirmed with the North Carolina Transportation Museum that they have received our deposit for our 2018 convention. The official dates for the convention are May 17th through May 20th. We have several spaces reserved for our various events and we will now begin the process of arranging clinics, presentations, and tours.  This being said, if you would like to hold a clinic or give a presentation I ask that you contact me as soon as possible (arnett at nwhs.org) as it is our goal to have a schedule of events within the first quarter of 2018.
  We have also received the paperwork from the hotels regarding room blocks. Although the forms are in the process of being signed, I feel comfortable stating that our headquarter hotel will be the Courtyard Marriott in Salisbury, NC with a $119.00 per night room rate. We will also utilize the adjacent (70 yard walking distance) Holiday Inn Express with a $99.00 per night room rate. I will advise via this message board once these details are finalized and in stone. 

  I will share more information as soon as it becomes available.
