Since it appears to be a Dash8-40C, these were notorious for turbocharger fires.  Look at online pictures and you will find many of these starting with the C39-8 model.  Many times this was not a source of real damage but could be if left unattended.  Caught early and the result was having to rebuild the the turbo.
