N&W 127 with train and crew

 Good morning!

Please see the attached photo from a RAILROAD Magazine, January 1945 issue,
page 120.  Does anyone have guesses about which division this train or its
crew was assigned?

If anyone wants this issue, I have it listed on eBay as a part of a five
magazine lot.
