My apologies, I did not study the ledger page close enough to see that in the small type that is said “2 Story, 1/2 1st Fr., 1/2 2.

The reason I did not check closely is simply that the two story section foreman houses are fairly rare on the Shenandoah Division, and in fact in Virginia as a whole, so I was not expecting one here.

The search through the ledgers is tedious, and each division is done differently, some typed, others hand written, some with more information, some with less.
