Hagerstown question

PRR/N&W facility in Hagerstown showing coaling tower in the center.  It was the last thing standing at this location when Conrail demolished it in the 1980's.  CR did  not notify the city of the demolition and the blast was heard all over the city.  That created quite a stir and made the newspaper.
