Time change

Well any division or defined piece of railroad will be operated on a 
defined time which is displayed on standard clocks. The location of such 
clocks is listed in the employee timetable. You check your watch against 
the clock and be governed accorddingly.

The only time a crew would need to worry about changing time enroute would be at the March and November change to/from DST.
