Need photo location ID help

I sent this email to the selling list by accident (too many email groups on
my laptop!).

 

I'm scanning a bunch of N&W slides for a long time friend and this one came
up with no location ID.  Can someone ID this spot taken 10-22-83 at a runby
on a Norfolk to Roanoke (?) trip?
