RPO on Creeper 1952

[NW Mailing List]

An RPO was all or a portion of a railroad car equipped to move in a 
passenger train. They ran from 15' to full car length using a very rigid 
plan. What the railroad did with the area not used by the USPS was the 
carriers decision.
