I use Firefox so not sure if you can download this on your 'puter or device.
At the far right of the top menu is a list of viewing options (1 page, 2, 6,
and "more options").  Click on the last one and then you can download the
entire file as a pdf.  There are MANY blank pages but the info I was looking
for re: industries served (and planned if the line remained) is mostly among
the last half of the document.  Good stuff.
