N&W steam loco cab

I'm wondering if the cab in Roanoke is also a J cab. There was one being used for some purpose in the erecting shop (as I recall) when my Dad and I toured the shop in the late 40's or early 50's. I seem to remember that they had made two extra J cabs, the one in the shop we saw and the one for the Bussa Hobby Shop in Friendship, Ohio. (previously referred to)

Thanks, Ken.  Shortly after I met Tom Dressler about 1963 or so, we went
over to that railroad display, which, if I remember right, was built and
operated by a man named Busse.  I bought one of his O-gauge engines = a
Varney 4-6-0 (B&O prototype) which was a fine running model.  I had it for a
number of years.

So I saw that cab; it was most interesting.

That cab was carried to Roanoke in exchange for a 611 cab ride, must have
been 1986 or so, it ended up in Birmingham and the gauges and such were
removed for use on 611/1218. It was there when the program was ended and
sold at the Auction in February 1995. If I recall correctly, it went to
someone in the Carolinas and about 4-5 years back was sold at another
auction. I have no idea where it went from there.
