Roanoke Rail Cam down

Interesting that it's still down. Was it operated by Norfolk Southern? Did
they pull the plug on it as they leave town?

The live stream video camera facing west overlooking the Norfolk Southern
Randolph Street interlocking in Roanoke is no longer working. Does anyone
know who operates the camera? I'd like to contact them to try to help.
