I'd say Abingdon Branch. Maybe they dropped off the Railbox car already? Love the weathered look on the white building to the left.

Likely Abingdon Branch … can anyone ID location?  There was another slide from this seller with the same engines taken in Abingdon coming around the curve where 433 is displayed.  That shot had a Railbox box behind GP9 but, possibly, this is a different day.
