 The Castle Rock Branch connected the Roanoke Southern to the Castle Rock Mining Co.   If anyone can find where the Castle Rock Mining Co was, we could probably plot an approximate route between the "city line" and the location.

-----------------------------------Probably the Castle Rock branch, which came off near where route 419 goes under the Winston Salem line to iron mine in the Castle Rock area of Roanoke County.
